Sam is a fourth generation farmer in Guadalupe County.

We are so happy to introduce Twin Rivers Tree Farm! We have been working on this project since summer 2025 and are really excited to share this with you.

Sam has been farming corn and raising cattle for the past 15 years. This tree farm is a new venture for us- one we started to diversify and supply the area with drought resistant trees that can handle our tough Texas climate.

The name Twin Rivers comes from Sam's great-grandfather's nursery business that he used to own in San Antonio.

Right now we are just getting started (trees grow a lot slower than corn) and have limited availability. We are currently working hard to expand our operation and grow more trees from acorns so we can offer a wider variety of options in the future.

We love what we do, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to grow something that will last for generations.

Thanks for being here and supporting our local, family-owned business. Keep a lookout for updates with our future availability.

Texas trees

for a Texas climate.

Because they have evolved to thrive in local soil and climate conditions, native and adapted trees generally require less water, fertilizer, and pruning once established.

Native trees support a wider variety of insects, birds, and animals than non-native species, forming the foundation of a healthy ecosystem.

Once established, native plants often require up to one-third less water than non-native, ornamental choices.
